STATEMENT OF WORK

EISENHOWER LOCK SHOTCRETE CONSTRUCTION REPAIR

SECTION 1 – Scope

1.1 – Purpose/Introduction/Overview

Each winter the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) performs inspections and winter maintenance on Eisenhower Lock. Inspections during previous winter maintenance periods have indicated the need for concrete rehabilitation at Eisenhower Lock. The intent of this project is to perform concrete rehabilitation in these damaged areas, including the demolition of concrete and installation of steel reinforcement as necessary. The Eisenhower Lock is located at 190A and 76 Barnhart Island Road (North and South sides, respectively), Massena, NY 13662.
