CONTRACT PERFORMANCE TIME:
1. Period of Performance
a. Base Bid - The period of performance shall be 60 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). b. Option 1 – The period of performance shall be 14 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). 2. Performance time includes mobilization, submittal approval, delivery of materials, actual construction work, close out documents, and submitted DD Form 1354 information when work is completed.
