2.a All material will be delivered with the applicable and traceable mill certification and testing reports attached, sent via email to the listed POC at award. 2.b. The contractor shall adhere to the requirements of the following clauses: 252,225-7001 Buy American and Balance of Payments Program and 252.225-7002 Qualifying Country Sources as Subcontractors. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 01 September 2026 and can be downloaded at www.sam.gov.
