DLA Battery Network IV (BATTNET) Research & Development Broad Agency Announcement

I.

INTRODUCTION

This notice constitutes a combined synopsis and Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the acquisition of research and development in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 35.102, Broad Agency Announcement, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No other solicitation will be issued. Only the information provided in this notice is available. Requests for other forms of solicitations shall be disregarded. This BAA will remain open for five years from initial posting date beginning FY 2026 through 2031. The resultant BAA shall have a ceiling of $25 Million. Projects will range from 6–24 months, and no more than $2 Million each. No funds will be issued against the BAA, all funding will be established against individual contracts. As a Combat Support Agency, DLA’s mission is to provide logistics support to the warfighter. DLA’s BATTNET Manufacturing Technology R&D Program is intended to advance this essential service to our
