Contractors desiring to become a qualified source must submit a qualification package. Please see clause 52.209-1 and the attached Manufacturing Qualification Requirement for additional details. Less than a truckload shipment is acceptable and authorized. Early and partial deliveries are acceptable at no increase in cost to the Government.
