BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT TYPE: This is an Open Broad Agency Announcement (BAA).

BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT NUMBER: FA9300-20-S-0001

Solicitation Request: Air Force Research Laboratory, Aerospace Systems Directorate (AFRL/RQ-West) is establishing this open two-step BAA to solicit innovative research white papers of interest to the Air Force Research Laboratory research as described below. Potential offerors issuing white papers may be requested to provide a full proposal after white paper reviews. In addition to the white paper process, AFRL may issue calls under this BAA for specific research objectives. Calls issued under this BAA will include instructions to potential offerors, evaluation criteria, and include a common due date for proposals received in response to the call. The BAA will allow for submission of white papers during the open period of the BAA
