Request for Quotation Reference 19ES6027Q0002

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for four (4) Utility AII-Te1Tain vehicles (ATVs). If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 - Solicitation Provisions, complete all required documents, and submit your quotation electronically to the email address indicated on the Standard Fom1 1449 included in this solicitation package. The U.S. Govenunent intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make an award based on the initial quotations without conducting discussions. Therefore, quoters should submit their best terms from both a technical and price standpoint in their initial quotation. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if detennined to be necessary. To be considered for award, your quotation must include, at a minimum, the foilowing: 1. Completed and signed SF-1449;
2. Completed Section 1 - The Schedule;
3. Completed Section 5 - Representations and Certifications; 4. All additional documentation required by Section 3 - Solicitation Provisions; and 5. Proof of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of their quotation, as required by FAR 4.1102. The quoter must maintain an active SAM registration at the time of quotation submission. Quoters are strongly encouraged to complete or verify their SAM registration as soon as possible to avoid any delay or inability to submit a quotation.

Questions regarding this solicitation will be accepted only in writing and must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than October 15, 2026. Quotations must be received no later than October 26, 2026 at 4.00pm, local time. Late quotations will not be considered.
Quotations must be submitted in English and electronically as one (1) Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file to [email protected]. Incomplete quotations may be rejected. The Government appreciates your interest in this procurement.
