See Section 105.No approved water source is available on the refuge or within the project limits. The contractor is fully responsible for locating, permitting, purchasing, and hauling all water required for the project
Is there an approved water source on the refuge or within the project limits that the Contractor may use for full depth reclamation moisture conditioning, aggregate placement, compaction, and dust control? If so, please identify its location and any associated fees, metering, or use restrictions. If no on-site source is available, please confirm that the Contractor is responsible for locating, permitting, purchasing, and hauling all water.

See Amendment 001 (A001).
SCR 304.03 requires the Contractor to repair soft and unstable areas according to Subsection 204.07 before starting full depth reclamation. The bid schedule does not include pay items for subexcavation, select borrow, or additional aggregate, and the Geotechnical Engineering Report (Section 5.2.1) indicates soft clay subgrade should be anticipated. How will the repair of soft and unstable areas be measured and paid? Will this work be ordered under the rental equipment and general labor items
