The scope of work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the tasks outlined in the Statement of Work for Tuckpointing at the Wilmington, DE VAMC. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside acquisition. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder, whose bid, in conformance with the solicitation, results in the Lowest Price.
This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Only one award will be made.
