Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including wall penetration, removal of existing building components, installation of new components and furnish labor and materials and perform work. It shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to supply, install, test, and commission permanent exterior alternate connections to support temporary/mobile steam and chiller equipment (e.g., trailer-mounted boilers and chillers) without disrupting hospital operations.
