Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this announcement is to gain market research knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilmington VA Medical Center, 1601 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19805, is seeking potential sources capable of providing (1) one full body phototherapy unit in accordance with the Draft Statement of Need (SON) below.
