DESCRIPTION
This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for preventative maintenance and repair services of Philips imaging equipment for the NY Harbor Healthcare System. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract to Philips Healthcare for preventative maintenance (PM) and Repair Services of Philips imaging equipment. Period of performance: 3/1/2027 – 2/29/2028
Basic description of the requirement: Philips Healthcare, a division of Philips North America is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the sole authorized licenser of equipment/software and provider of maintenance and support. Philips Healthcare will provide a full-service agreement to include authorized/trained technician, travel, labor, equipment, tools and materials, OEM parts, repair services, telephone and remote diagnostic support, and software updates to the hardware and software in place as required, and preventative maintenance.
