Q1.Are we allowed to have teaming partners?
A1.Teaming arrangement has to be identified as an SDVOSB and certified with VetCert.
Q2.With respect to SF 330 Section F Projects – can we have multiple projects per page vs the standard one-page per project format? A2.According to OMB Control Number: 9000-0157 Standard Form 330 (Rev 08/20/2016) Page 2 of Instructions, Section F: paragraph 1-Section F. Example Projects Which Best Illustrate Proposed Team's Qualifications for this Contract. Select projects where multiple team members worked together, if possible, that demonstrate the team's capability to perform work similar to that required for this contract. Complete one Section F for each project. Present ten projects, unless otherwise specified by the agency. Complete the following blocks for each project:
Q3.Does Part II count towards the total page count?
A3.Whatever is provided from cover letter, SF330, and SAM is to be part of the entire submission and therefore counts towards the limit of 20 pages. 09/05/2023
Q4.Is this information to be submitted on SF330 forms? The Selection Criteria would be addressed in Section H and any project in Section F but are we requested to submit E resumes and a G Matrix and Part II? A4.Yes, all information should be submitted on the provided Form SF330 as instructed per line number 3 of the Pre- Solicitation notice. For Part I, the AE Contractor shall complete sections A through E at a minimum. For Part I, the AE contractor may complete sections F and G, as deemed appropriate. For Part I, section H is not required unless additional space is required.
For Part II, the AE Contractor shall complete this part in its entirety.
