The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced contract, in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary for Burial Expansion at: Fort Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538, by providing General Construction in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, Specifications and related attachments. LINE ITEMS: ***See SOW attachment. Price them in Schedule B and Bidder shall complete S02_Attachment 5_IFB Contractor Cost Estimate Worksheet as part of the bid submission package. See bid instructions in Section L of this solicitation for minimum list of required documents. The total performance period for this project is 545 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Per VAAR 836.204(h), Project Magnitude: Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Authority, 38 USC 8127(d).
