Purpose: This is a Sources Sought Notice for the purpose of conducting market research, to gain knowledge regarding the type of interested businesses and their qualifications. Responses are being requested from both large and small businesses. Proposals are NOT being requested, nor accepted at this time. The Department of the Interior (DOI) will use information obtained through this notice to develop an acquisition strategy. The government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a small business or other socio-economic small business set-aside for the solicitation. Quality of responses received will be considered when making any small business set-aside determinations for this requirement.
Not responding to this announcement does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
Cost Reimbursement: Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Project Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement which consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct two (2) crew quarters buildings and associated site development work within BLM property at 906 West Davis Street, Rawlins WY Anticipated Period of Performance: 730 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. Small Business Size Standard: $45 Million.
