Read aloud the name and address of the bidder.
Check that the bid security is furnished.
Read aloud name of the surety and amount of bond.
Check that addenda have been acknowledged and so announce. Read bids exactly as entered on bid form.
If any statement is entered on bid or any letter accompanies the bid, read same and state that determination as to whether this constitutes a qualification will be made later.
Read any modification received.

After all bids have been read:
