Can the 400 annual hours be consolidated into one predictable weekly clinic day? How are holidays and clinic closures handled? The exact days and times are mutually agreed upon: i.e. coordinate with the center. Scheduling issues related to holidays and closures are also mutually agreed upon. Are documentation, meetings, prescription follow-ups, and any after-hours calls included within the 400 paid hours, or are these responsibilities expected to be performed outside compensated time?
