SUBJECT: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) request for HMIT Test Stand Maintenance 1. BPA is in support of HMIT Test Stand Maintenance the 309th Electronics Maintenance Group at Hill AFB, UT. Support that generally exceeds the Government Purchase Card (GPC) limit of $2,500.00 would allow deliveries to be completed without adversely affecting the “need date” of our customer.
2. If BPA is not approved, the end result will be to pursue Service Contract criteria. If the BPA is not approved, production will be negatively affected and could result in a production incapability. 3. Delivery: The Contractor will provide parts and remote and on-site technical support to the Government as identified in the SOW.
4. The Estimated Ordering Period: Three (3) years starting on award date. 5. BPA total amount not-to-exceed is $1,000,000.00
6. The 309th EMXG requests this be a Decentralized BPA. 7. The Primary BPA Monitors are Kelly Sellers, 523 EMXS/MXDPB, at (801) 586-3810; Zyler Baker, 523 EMXS/MXDPDD at (801) 586-5053; Zachary Pearson, 523 EMXS/MXDSP, at (801) 775-6141, and Mark Borg, 523 EMXS/MXDPBC, at (801) 586-2395. 8. The primary billing method will be the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), but some circumstances may require utilization of the GPC.
9. The identified will be authorized to place calls against this BPA. If any changes occur, then an updated letter will be sent to the CO as changes occur.
