Statement of Requirement - The purpose of this project is to decommission barracks, and other buildings located on the Tahoe National Forest. The work includes but is not limited to demolishing, clearing and disposing properly of debris, HAZMAT mitigation such as led paint, asbestos, and/or animal feces, and capping utilities.
Schedule of Items - Prices on the Schedule shall reflect Contractor’s full cost for materials, labor, supervision, overhead costs, and incidental items.
See Attachment 3 – Schedule of Items (SOI) Camptonville Housing Decommissioning to insert pricing. Quoters must submit pricing for ALL line items listed in Attachment (3) – Schedule of Items. The completed Attachment 3 – Schedule of Items must be included with the Contractor’s Price Quote.

Project Location
A map of complex locations has been provided in the contracting documents and sites are generally locatable through online mapping applications. Approximate GPS coordinates and addresses have been submitted. Some sites require travel on National Forest roads which can be infeasible in the winter depending on conditions.
