White Paper Submission: 1. Prospective Offerors must first register with Joint Communications Marketplace (JCM) Joint Tactical Networking Center (JTNC) site, via https://jtnc.experience.crmforce.mil/JTNC/s/limited-public prior to the submission of WP. See individual Call for White Paper (WP) for submissions due date. WP shall be submitted via JCM Joint Tactical Networking Center (JTNC) site, via https://jtnc.experience.crmforce.mil/JTNC/s/limited-public include on the subject line BAA-25-R-C2CFT (i.e. Call for WP Number & Topic/Subtopic Number)
Type of Contract/Instrument: The Army reserves the right to award the instrument best suited to the nature of research proposed. Accordingly, the Government may award any appropriate contract type under the FAR or Other Transaction (OT) for Prototype, cooperative agreement, or OT for Research.
Note: Cost reimbursement contracts require successful offerors to have an acceptable accounting system as defined in DFARS 252.242-7006
