One VALAD 20948.0-3NM FORCED AIR HEATER 8.0KW, 440VAC, 3PH. Qty: 1
Two VALAD 20741.5-3NM FORCED AIR HEATER 1.5KW, 440VAC, 3PH. Qty: 2
Four VALAD 20744.0-3NM FORCED AIR HEATER 4.0KW, 440VAC, 3PH. Qty: 4

4. Location and Method of Performance
Required supplies shall be delivered to the below:

5. Roles and Responsibilities
Contractor will be responsible for delivery and o load at CGC KUKUI’s address. The cutter will advise the contractor on the o load location onsite.
6. Security and Confidentiality
N/A
7. Reporting Requirements
CGC KUKUI’s Engineer O icer and Chief Electrician Mate.
8. Legal Compliance
Contractors will abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws.
9. Performance Monitoring
The contract performance will be monitored and evaluated by the Engineer O icer.
