GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) Candidate Management System (CMS II) Description & Purpose
1.1The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in support of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD(I&S)) and Director of National Intelligence (DNI) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide a comprehensive solution for managing the GPC lifecycle to include providing NGA with an end-to-end credential managing system to manage certification eligibility, exams, and renewals, while tracking compliance and giving program administrators tools to handle exceptions and monitor program success. 1.2The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain information on current Industry practices that would meet NGA’s requirements for CMS II. 1.3THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
