This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. It is anticipated that a competitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.

4. Performance Work Statement (PWS)

4.1 Scope of Work

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform commercial shipyard services for the haul-out, blocking, and relaunch of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) 64-foot Aids to Navigation Boat (ANB) assigned to ANT Colfax, unless specifically noted as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), as defined in this Statement of Work.

4.1.1 Objective

The objective of this contract is to procure commercial shipyard services for the haul-out, blocking, and relaunch of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) 64-foot Aids to Navigation Boat (ANB) assigned to ANT Colfax. While the vessel is out of the water, ESD NOLA shall replace the existing fathometer system (including hull transducer and display/processing units as applicable).
