30 parking spaces must be structured/inside or
surface/outside, covered, and secured by cage
with 7’6” minimum clearance. The entrance to
the caged spaces must be within 500 walkable
feet of the entrance to the office building.
120 parking spaces must be structured/inside
or surface/outside, covered, and secured with
7’6” minimum clearance and located within
0.25 miles of the office building.
All 150 parking spaces must be reserved

office district with attractive surroundings
with a prevalence of modern design and/or
tasteful rehabilitation in modern use.
• Subleases are not acceptable.

The building shall not be located adjacent
to, in close proximity to or within residential
areas, educational facilities, religious
facilities, abortion clinics, adversarial
foreign governments, etc.
The Government shall have access to the
space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Space should allow for efficient layout and
office workflow. Columns must have
regular spacing of sufficient distance to
support effective design.
Offered office space must be above the
first floor; contiguous space on one floor is
preferred, but not more than two
contiguous floors. Space must be restricted
to public access.
A fitness center, training room, and two
locker rooms will be part of the square
footage requirement (approx. 1,400 ABOA
SF) and must be included within the
Government leased premises and not
accessible to other building tenants. The
preference is for these areas to be
