7. Description of Requirements:
The Iowa City VA Healthcare System has a requirement for a Thyroid Uptake System including delivery, installation and 1 year of service support with confirmation of equipment functioning properly before acceptance. See Statement of Work include in the attached RFQ 1449 document. 8. Delivery by 30 days ARO. Contractor is to contact VA POC to begin coordination of delivery, installation and training within 5 business days of award.
