This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.

Description of Requirements:
The Fargo VA Healthcare System has a requirement to replace a boot on their underground diesel storage tank No. 6 and be tested afterward. See Statement of Work include in the attached RFQ 1449 document. Note: there is a Site Visit scheduled, see below.
Delivery. Job is to be completed within 45 days of award.
