1. General Information

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ. The Embassy is requesting quotations and will not issue a separate written solicitation.

2. Description of Requirement

The U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa requires 4,000 Nanotechnology Certified Replacement Filters (Item 4010, 3-Pack).
Required Quantity: 150 Each

3. Pricing

Quoters shall submit a firm-fixed price. The price must include all costs associated with this requirement, including labor, equipment, vehicles, containers, and delivery.

4. Provisions and Clauses

5. Evaluation Criteria

The Government will award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quoter.

6. Quotation Requirements

Each quotation must include the following. The Government may consider a quotation that leaves out any of these items technically unacceptable. • Requisition Number: Include the requisition number PR16340639 in the email subject line and on the quotation.
