This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W9127S27QA004 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.
Set Aside, NAICS Code & Size Standard: This solicitation is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial Services, which has an applicable size standard of $22M. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: This acquisition is to provide janitorial services to the DeQueen Office, Millwood Tri Lakes Project Office. Services include but are not limited to all janitorial services necessary to maintain the DeQueen Office. Place(s) and date(s) of performance:
 Services shall be performed within the area of responsibility of the DeQueen Project Office • Address: 706 DeQueen Lake Rd, DeQueen, AR 71832
 Performance Periods will be as follows:
• Base Period: Date of Contract Award – 31 October 2027 • Option Period 1: November 1, 2027 – October 31, 2028
• Option Period 2: November 1, 2028 – October 31, 2029
Site Visit will be held October 22, 2026 at 9:30 AM CST at the DeQueen Office, 706 DeQueen Lake Rd, DeQueen, AR 71832.
Quotes are due no later than Wednesday November 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST Only quotes submitted via email will be accepted. Submission format shall be .pdf and emailed to [email protected]. Please ensure the solicitation number, W9127S27QA004, is written in the subject line of your email.

1. Request for Quotation cover page (signed).
2. Completed (filled in) Provisions, as applicable.
3. Pricing Schedule with unit prices and total prices.
4. Signed Amendments, as applicable.
This requirement is for commercial services, so please be cognizant of the following: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items, is not applicable to this solicitation. Award will be made based on price only.
