This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Overhaul Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C78627Q0023 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services at Richmond National Cemetery and its satellite cemeteries. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 with an effective date of 03/13/2026.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: See Statement of Work at Attachment A. CONTRACT DATES: The period of performance will be a twelve-month base year and four (4) one-year options, if exercised, from January 1, 2027.
DELIVERY/ACCEPTANCE LOCATION: Delivery and acceptance locations will be at the Place of Performance addresses listed on page 1 of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. CONTRACT TYPE: The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract for janitorial services at Richmond National Cemetery and its satellite cemeteries.
