This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, 36C25527Q0048, for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Marion VA Medical Center and Evansville CBOC are seeking to purchase, maintenance services for the Bayer Medrad Stellant FLEX CT contrast injector systems and associated Certegra workstation platform components installed in their Imaging Depart in accordance with the Statement of Work.
All interested companies will provide quotations, in accordance with the following solicitation, see the next page that starts the solicitation. Pay close attention to FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors (starts on page 40), FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Criteria (starts on page 48). Any quote package not conforming to the instructions in the clause or providing the minimum requirements requested will render their quote non-responsive and not considered further.
