This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.201 in Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 336611, with a Business Size Standard of 1,300 employees. This NAICS is for Ship Building and Repairing. The Product Service Code Class is J019. This PSC is for the Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Ships, Small Craft, Pontoons, and Floating Docks.
Any project order resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the evaluation criteria outlined below in FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services). Period of Performance: 1 December 2026 through 23 December 2026 15 December 2026 – 19 February 2027 Place of Performance: To facilitate proper government oversight, the facility shall be located in the Puget Sound, WA region. For this procurement, the Puget Sound, WA region is defined as the west coast of the continental US, starting from Olympia, WA and extending northward to Bellingham, WA. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price
