SVC – AS27 Transportation Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation request under RFQ number W91QVP-26-AS27-TRANSPORTATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03 effective 23 February 2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Theater Support Contract intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide Transportation Services. PWS for period of performance.

52.232-18 Availability of Funds.

Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

REQUIREMENT DETAILS

The Contractor shall provide transportation according to the following schedule:

Airport Shuttles (Vans & Coaches):

• 9-Pax Vans: Daily airport shuttle services as required between Techno International Airport and the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

• 45-Pax Coaches: Dedicated to airport shuttle operations during specific travel windows: • Arrival Window: Two (2) days of dedicated arrival shuttle support. • Departure Window: Two (2) days of dedicated departure shuttle support.

Inter-City Transit: Two (45-Pax) coaches for transit from Hyatt Regency Hotel (Phnom Penh) to Phum Serey Hotel (Kampong Speu).

Daily Commute (Feb 13–27): Daily transit from Phum Serey Hotel to the PKO Training Center (morning departure and evening return).
