The purpose of this amendment is to update the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and add a site visit at the Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th Street, Kent, WA 98042. The site visit is scheduled for November 5, 2026, at 10:00 am (PST). Meeting location is the Temporary Administration trailer. Cemetery representative is Cynthia Acosta. Vendors planning to attend the site visit must email the name(s), title of personnel attending prior to November 3, 2026 at 1:00pm (PST) to [email protected] and [email protected]. The questions due date is changed to November 6, 2026, at 1:00PM(PST). The response due date changed to November 16, 2026, at 4:00PM(PST). End of Amendment

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C78627Q0020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Tahoma National Cemetery Furniture Purchase, Delivery, and Installation. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
