(i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C78627Q0020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Tahoma National Cemetery Furniture Purchase, Delivery, and Installation. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. All required furniture items are in the Statement of Need and vendors must provide all items in accordance with the specification in the SON.

(iii) Description of Requirement for items to be acquired. The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Tahoma National Cemetery requires the purchase of furniture items listed in Statement of Need (SON). This acquisition is for new commercial products only. The contractor will be responsible for the delivering, installation, and all requirements under this solicitation. See attached SON for further specifications and requirements. (iv) Date(s) and place of delivery
Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the Place of Performance listed in this solicitation and shall occur within sixty (60) days after receipt of order (ARO).

The delivery and acceptance location will be at the Tahoma National Cemetery 18600 SE 24oth Street, Kent, WA 98042.
(1) Delivery coordination required. The Contractor shall coordinate delivery scheduling with the
