GENERAL INFORMATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation# FA446027Q0005 This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses only. Offers from large businesses will not be considered.

ITEMS TO BE PROVIDED/SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

All items are to be provided, and all services are to be performed in strict accordance with Performance Work Statement – VTE Maintenance.
Service Contract Act Wage Determination (WD) 2015-5117 Rev # 32 effective 21 AUG 2026 is incorporated as Wage Determination.
POP listed in the SF1449.
Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB @ 0930 to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 22 October 2026 at 4:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid REAL ID to access the base.
Questions: All questions are due to the identified POC's by 27 October 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. Quotes will not be considered if submitted after: 18 NOV 2026
