Project Title: AZ Halfmoon Ranch House HVAC Installation Original Set Aside: The project is set-aside 100% for small businesses per FAR 19.5. NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors (size standard $19m). PSC: N041 - Installation of Equipment - Refrigeration, Air Cond. Location: Coronado National Forest, Douglas Ranger District (Cochise County, AZ). See Attachment 003 Statement of Work and Specifications for specific location. Scope of Work (summarized): See Attachment 003 Statement of Work and Specifications for specific details not included under this paragraph. The contractor shall supply all material, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, supervision, and safety measures necessary to complete this project. This project involves installing three ductless, split unit climate control system in Halfmoon Ranch, a historic house located in a remote and rural location. Currently there is no climate control system in the building.
