Project Title: AZ Lakeside Office Sewer Line Replacement Original Set Aside: The project is set-aside 100% for small businesses per FAR 19.5. NAICS Code: 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction (size standard $39.5M). PSC: Z2AA - Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings
Location: Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, Lakeside Ranger District (Navajo County, AZ). See Attachment 003 Statement of Work and Specifications for specific location. Scope of Work (summarized): See Attachment 003 Statement of Work and Specifications for specific details not included under this paragraph. The contractor shall supply all material, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, supervision, and safety measures necessary to complete this project. This project involves removal and replacement of the existing sanitary sewer service lateral serving the US Forest Service Lakeside District office and installation of a new sewer line connection to the Pinetop–Lakeside Sanitary District (PLSD) public sewer main. Work will include excavation, installation, surface restoration, and all associated testing required for acceptance by PLSD and the Owner.
