Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) FEDERAL AGENCY: Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) / Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM)
SUBJECT: Request for Industry Feedback – DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) 1. The United States Government (USG) is releasing this Draft SOW to provide industry partners with an early opportunity to review anticipated requirements, offer constructive feedback, and submit clarifying questions prior to the finalization of the acquisition strategy.
2. Respondents are strictly advised to sanitize all feedback and inquiries prior to submission. Please ensure that your responses do not contain any proprietary information, trade secrets, or unique proposal strategies. The Government may utilize the feedback provided to refine the final SOW and intends to publicly post answers to submitted questions for the benefit of all potential offerors. While the identity of the submitting firm will be protected, the content of the submissions must be free of sensitive or protected corporate data.
3. This Draft SOW is provided solely for information and acquisition planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue a formal solicitation in the future. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Responses will be treated purely as market research and informational feedback, and will not be evaluated as a proposal.
Furthermore, the Government is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. A direct or individualized response from the Government regarding submissions is not guaranteed. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this Draft SOW will be borne solely at the interested party’s expense. Choosing not to respond to this notice does not preclude participation in any future announcements, solicitations, or contracts.
NOTE: This Draft SOW release is not associated with any previous or ongoing RFPs or Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests issued by the DAF or any other Government agency. 4.
