This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Contractor is responsible for submitting their package in accordance with the guidance in this solicitation. The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106-1702The Cleveland VAMC requires a contractor to provide, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide on-site full electrical power distribution equipment testing, maintenance, and inspections. Full maintenance includes on-site testing, maintenance and annual preventative maintenance inspections (PMI’s). The contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and shipping to comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations, and VA regulations as required to provide on-site full electrical power distribution equipment testing, maintenance, and inspections as outline in the SOW/SCHEDULE.
