3. REQUIREMENTS

ASTM Compass platform to support Ship building and sustainment The Government’s minimum need:
 Access (typically a web-based product tool) to obtain electronic and paper copies of ASTM industry standards
 Specs and Standards Complete
 Help Desk Support
 Annual Training to support the use of product tools (REF: Compass), both via TEAMS and in-person The contractor shall provide Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) deliverables as described in this SOW and delivery schedule for each option year as outlined below:

In order to support different allocations of annual naval funding, the FFP delivery schedule shall be used for each option year, FY27-FY32. Cost breakdowns should be carried over with each option year, as naval funding allocations could change.
SSP requires an SSP assigned Account Manager and Customer Support Manager. SSP will require the ability to have their own Government Account Manager. The following CLIN and SLIN structure shall be applied: 0001 NAVSEA License
