The Government anticipates requiring the awardee to provide and price an independent facilitator for partnering during design and preconstruction. If phased construction is authorized, continued partnering facilitation will be addressed in the applicable agreement modification. Expected deliverables may include, but are not limited to, a partnering charter, facilitated workshops, and an issue-resolution process. Specific partnering requirements will be defined in the resulting OTA agreement.
