Main Building/Main Level/Primary Entrance
(See Reference Photo 1)
The existing building’s main entrance features a set of full-lite, double metal‑framed doors serving as the main entrance. This door is accessed by card. Replace the double-door storefront entry. Include code-compliant hardware integrated with the existing card reader/security system. Restore affected surrounding areas. Main Building/Main Level/Interior Vestibule Doors (See Reference Photo 2) Immediately beyond the main entrance vestibule, a second set of full-lite, double doors with metal‑framed provides access further into the building. No key card is necessary to access doors. Replace the double full-lite vestibule doors with like-for-like doors and code-compliant hardware. No card access is required. Restore affected areas. Follow Attachment 5 for automatic operator and push-button requirements. Main Building/Main Level/North-Side Entry Vestibule Door Inside the vestibule on the north side a single‑leaf full-lite door with a metal frame exists. This is not used as a daily exit door but needs to function as an emergency exit as required. No key card is necessary to access door. Replace the single full-lite door with a like-for-like assembly and code-compliant emergency-egress hardware. No card access is required. Restore affected areas. Main Building/Main Level/South‑West Elevation Door (See Reference Photo 4) A small concrete exterior stairway along the south‑west elevation leads up to a single full-lite door, with a metal frame, and a solid panel above the door. This door is accessed by card. Replace the single full-lite door and integrate hardware with the existing card reader/security system. Restore affected areas. Main Building/Main Level/East Elevation Door (See Reference Photo 5) A single‑leaf glazed metal‑framed door is located along the east elevation. This door is accessed by card. Replace the single full-lite door and integrate hardware with the existing card reader/security system. Improve seals to reduce pest entry. Restore affected areas.
