1. THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE FURNISHED FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A:

4. Several changes to the engineering were discovered. These changes supersede the EO 15A0995-H in its entirety. The changes are as follows:

4.1 CHANGE NOTE 5 AS FOLLOWS:

WAS: EMR adapter to be covered with light wall heat shrink sleeving. IS: Use lap joints at P1 or P2 and cover with item 7 heat shrink sleeving, stagger joints not to exceed 1.25 inches maximum.

4.2 CHANGE NOTE 6 AS FOLLOWS:

WAS: Use lap joints at P1 and cover with item 7 heat shrink sleeving, stagger joints not to exceed 1.25 inches maximum. IS: Use EMR adapter at P2, pot EMR adapter, and cover EMR adapter with light wall heat shrink sleeving.

4.3 CHANGE NOTE 7 AS FOLLOWS:

WAS: Pot P1 connector to a maximum of 1.5 inches from rear face of connector. IS: Use item 8 backshell at P1 and pot backshell.

5. It is acceptable to use thermally printed M23053/5 white sleeving covered with M23053/5 clear sleeving protection for the cable tags.
