Purpose of Amendment 1
All changes to this AOI – Amendment 1 are highlighted in red font. This amendment clarifies that offerors may propose FALCONS solutions that do not require integration or use of the Government-provided Third Generation Forward-Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR) B-Kit.

The Government intends to assess the technical viability, operational utility, producibility, sustainment feasibility, modularity, repairability, and affordability of proposed solutions. The Government is particularly interested in solutions that maximize mission capability within the funding ceiling, support future technology insertion, and reduce long-term sustainment burden.
