Requirement & Sole Source Basis
AFLCMC/PZI intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Northern Electric Inc. to complete partially finished Fiber-to-the-Desk (F2D) cabling, four (4) server rack installations, and printer drops for Building 1614 Phase 2 in support of AFLCMC/HNJ. Pursuant to RFO 12.102(a), Northern Electric Inc. is the only source reasonably available. As the incumbent on contract FA2835-24-P-0014, the contractor is actively mobilized on-site with required security access and conduit familiarity. Competing this requirement would result in unacceptable delays to facility activation.
