MEMORANDUM FOR SAM.GOV OFFERORS

SUBJECT: First Call of the Kronos FoS CSO - Extension of Due Date Reference: (a) Kronos CSO 2.0, 22 June 2026, CSO Document 1. This document constitutes the First Call under the Kronos FoS CSO 2.0. Refer to the Kronos FoS CSO 2.0 for all administrative, legal, and overarching procedures. 2. This Call specifically requests Phase 1A (Quad Chart and White Paper) submissions to address Area of Interest (AOI) 1, and its Focus Area Statement (FAS) detailed below.
3. FAS #1 (AOI 01-FAS01):
Global and Regional C2 and the joint community seek innovative commercial solutions and products to generate and synthesize modeling, simulation, training and exercise data informed by real-world data products, the operational environment, and adversary threats. Enhancing and integrating these capabilities will support comprehensive space-based risk management and enterprise-wide risk alerting.
4. Submission Timeline:
• Offerors shall submit any questions related to this Call before 1200 pm Pacific Time on 17 July 2026. Questions will be reviewed and published shortly after. • Offerors shall respond to this Call’s Phase 1A before 1700 pm Pacific Time on 28 August 2026.
