This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912BU26QA24 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Preventive Maintenance of Heavy Equipment at the Fort Mifflin Project Office. This acquisition is a full and open competition requirement. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The total contract value shall have a maximum ceiling of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), with a minimum guaranteed amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). The period of performance shall be five (5) years.
3. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT FOR THE ITEMS BEING ACQUIRED
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Heavy Equipment for the Fort Mifflin Project Office within the USACE Philadelphia (NAP) District area of responsibility in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
