INTRODUCTION

Responses to this RFI may be used to formulate final requirements and/or to identify qualified vendors capable of meeting those requirements. The description below outlines preliminary requirements envisioned for the FPSS-V3. The information gathered may be used to formulate acquisition strategies for competitive solicitations.

BACKGROUND

The mission of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution of the United States. The Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) manages FBI’s facilities in the United States and around the world. The FBI has an in-house cadre of facilities professionals who plan, design, construct, manage, maintain and demolish FBI facilities. This RFI seeks professional support services from qualified, invested and knowledgeable contractors to help perform this function. This is a non-personal services requirement. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor employees performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

SCOPE

The scope of this requirement is to procure services to support a full range of life cycle facilities
