Dear Offeror,
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Jesup, will be soliciting quotes under RFQP03072700003 for FY27 Second Quarter Kosher requirements. Posting will occur November 9–17, 2026, and the solicitation will be available exclusively on SAM.gov. Vendors are responsible for monitoring the site for updates and amendments. This procurement includes Kosher items only. Delivery shall be made to FCI Jesup, 2600 US Hwy 301 South, Jesup, GA 31599, and deliveries will not be accepted before January 1, 2027, the beginning of Quarter 2.
Submission Requirements:
Please submit only the pages on which you are providing quotes, along with the required signed first page of the RFQ. Submitting the full document, including blank pages, creates unnecessary administrative burden and is discouraged. All pricing must be clearly legible. Quotes must be received no later than 4:00 PM EST on November 17, 2026; any quotes received after this time will be considered late and excluded. Submit all quotes via email to [email protected]; phone inquiries will not be accepted.
Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration with current Representations & Certifications at the time of submission. Pricing must be firm-fixed and include all delivery costs. Orders of $15,000.00 or less will be paid via Government Purchase Card, and orders exceeding $15,000.00 will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Substitutions, alternate items, or alternate packaging will not be accepted unless explicitly permitted in the item description. Evaluation:
Award will be made to the offer most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance, with price weighing more than past performance. We appreciate your interest in doing business with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and look forward to receiving your quote.
Respectfully,
M. Smiley
