SCOPE OF WORK
Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) for GE HEALTHCARE XR DEFINIUM 5000, GE HEALTHCARE OPTIMA CT660, POWERWARE MV UPS 10KVA, GE OEC Elite 31cm CFD, and GE Workstation Advantage 4.7
DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide a service agreement for Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) for VAMC Fresno GE HEALTHCARE XR DEFINIUM 5000, GE HEALTHCARE OPTIMA CT660, POWERWARE MV UPS 10KVA, GE OEC Elite 31cm CFD, and GE Workstation Advantage 4.7 as fully described below. Maintenance Services shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs Central California Health Care System – Fresno VA Medical Center. All services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Service agreement must allow for the replacement of equipment should one be replaced.

SERVICES: The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required.
Contractor shall furnish the following:
Routine Preventative Maintenance based on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. All Parts & Labor necessary for PM are provided by the Contractor at no additional customer cost. Corrective Maintenance, also known as Unscheduled or Remediation Services. All Parts & Labor necessary for CM are provided by the Contractor at no additional customer cost. Inclusion of software and firmware updates and/or upgrades at no additional customer cost. Modifications for Safety or Reliability modifications including equipment, parts, hardware, and safety is provided by the Contractor at no additional customer cost. Equipment Verification will be provided by the Contractor at no additional customer cost. Emergency Telephone Consultation is provided 24 hours per day 7 days a week by the Contractor at no additional customer cost.
